East Pye Solar Rule 13(6) Notice
East Pye Solar will soon be entering the Examination stage of the planning process. This is a six-month process that includes public hearings and opportunities for members of the public and stakeholders to share their views on the project.
On Monday 15 July 2026, the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) published a Rule 6 letter, to provide notification of a Preliminary Meeting and a draft timetable for the Examination. The Preliminary Meeting and first round of public hearings have been scheduled for 15 to 17 September 2026.
PINS has published this information on its website alongside notifying those who have registered to be kept informed.
